About The Oasis

The Oasis is EXG's internal platform — a connected network of purpose-built department hubs accessible through the Partner Portal. Each hub integrates directly with live business systems via authenticated APIs, replacing manual exports and disconnected spreadsheets with real-time operational data.

Hubs automate manual workflows, surface insights from Zoho, Xero, Shopify, Amazon, and other connected systems, and allow those systems to communicate in a centralised environment. They are built to reduce operational overhead and give teams the data they need without switching between platforms.

Access is managed through Microsoft Azure AD with tiered role-based permissions — Staff, Manager, and Board — applied consistently across all hubs. The Partner Portal is the single access point; all hubs appear inside with permissions inherited from your Microsoft account.
